What is your Returns Policy?

Something not quite right? Let’s sort it out.

You’ve got 30 days from delivery.

Chrissy will guide you through the process to make it simple and straightforward.

To keep things smooth for everyone, we ask that items come back:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • with tags attached
  • in original packaging when possible

Trying items on for fit is perfectly fine; we simply ask that they are returned in the same condition received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are faster. Here's how they work:

Simply email us first and we’ll provide instructions and confirm availability so everything goes smoothly.

For U.S. customers, you send the original item back to us, and we cover the shipping cost to send your replacement out.

Once you send us tracking, we ship your exchange immediately.

If you have questions about sizing or options, Chrissy is always here to assist.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you once the issue has been verified with photos.

International Return Shipping

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please be aware that your return may be subject to customs duties or tariffs.

These fees are assessed by your local customs authority and, if charged to us upon receipt of your return, will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item).

We recommend marking your package as a "return" to minimize the chance of additional fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within approximately 5 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the funds to your account.

We recommend contacting us before sending items back so we can provide instructions and properly track your return.

If you ever have questions about your refund status, we’re here for you.

Special Orders

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items, and gift cards.

International Orders

For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

The carrier will contact you directly for payment before delivery.

If you’re unsure about potential customs costs before ordering, feel free to contact us; we’re happy to help you estimate or answer questions.

If a package isn’t accepted or required customs charges aren’t paid, the carrier may send it back to us. If the carrier charges us return shipping or handling fees, those costs may be deducted from the refund since they’re outside our control.

In some cases, carriers aren’t able to return the package. When items aren’t received back, a refund may not be possible.
